Vijay has 35 years of experience as a Strategic Corporate Leader – He heads HR, Capability Development, and Operations at Rahi. He also has hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing in large Indian and Multinational companies.

Previously - An Entrepreneur and Consultant to more than a hundred Organizations and has been a Coach to scores of CEOs and CXO level professionals through his own company team results. He is a strategist with a focus on implementing recognized proficiency in spearheading businesses to accomplish corporate plans and goals.

Vijay is widely recognized in the Industry as management thinker and change leader whose philosophy is aligning HR and training with hard-core business results. He has worked for companies like Bharti AXA Life, Max New York Life and Hero Motors and been the founder of NIIT and Team Results.

Abhinaya Deshpande joined Pure Storage systems in June 2020 for driving Sales in India with a special charter of creating and driving engagement strategy for large corporations across the country.

His career in the IT industry spans more than 20 years.

Prior to Pure, he had a long and successful stint of over 9 years at NetApp India where he handled many responsibilities. In his last role, he was heading NetApp India’s Enterprise Business.

Before that, he has worked for large companies like Hewlett Packard India, Xerox India, and CMS Computers in various roles.

In a short period of 2 years, Rohit has changed the landscape of sales operations and strategy at Rahi Systems. With 18 years of experience in the Technology Industry, he has seen it all. He joined the company as Vice President of Sales and has driven the company to new heights within a short span, he now oversees India and SAARC as the General Manager at Rahi. Rohit has vast technical knowledge in AV, Data Centers, and IT Infrastructure Services, he has previously shared his expertise at companies like Harman International, AMX India and Godrej & Boyce.
