Shivani is a seasoned professional with the global experience of working in three different countries. She is an expert in Training and Talent Development. Currently, she is holding a post of Global Head – Talent Development, Banking & Financial Services, at Wipro Ltd. She is a Gold Medalist from Delhi University. She is currently mentoring two women entrepreneurs under the Aspire Foundation. She holds the degree of MBA from IIM Calcutta, M.Com – Delhi University, B.Com – Delhi University and Dale Carnegie Train the Trainer Certificate by education.

She is associated with the Brahma Kumaris since 1998. She is Practicing daily meditation and a spiritual lifestyle.
